BLACKPINK’s Rose And Bruno Mars’ APT Dominate Music Bank K-Chart
BLACKPINK Rose and Bruno Mars’ smash hit APT. has achieved yet another milestone. Released in October, the song is the lead single from the K-pop idol’s first-ever solo album, Rosie. Blending up-tempo pop-rock and pop-punk with hints of indie rock and electropop, the song draws inspiration from a popular Korean drinking game. Its infectious beats have captivated audiences worldwide, making it an instant favourite.
Ever since its release, Rose and Bruno Mars have been honoured with several accolades, the latest being KBS 2TV’s Music Bank. While the show did not air a new episode on January 3, it announced this week’s winners on its official website. As per the list, APT. racked up a total of 4,087 points from December 23-29 on the Music Bank K-Chart, making this the ninth win for the two singers. Previously, Rose and Bruno Mars won first place in Inkigayo, M Countdown, and Show! Music Core.
